I agree with Stan. Charlie was expressing his, and probably the team's, frustration at Barton's lack of control. Reportedly, Ramsey will sit down with Joey to see what options for addressing his anger problems Joey is open to. If Joey takes steps to resolve his issues, the whole team can move on. If he resists, there will be growing resentment. I think Joey is bright enough to do the former.
