Thing is Aber by you not voting it doesn't make any difference does it? Except you have just outlined the fact that you don't really have a complaint about those in power now, you want to make a difference? Then vote for people that can make a change in your eyes

 

And how do you propose making a difference? By not voting, YOU are ensuring that the corrupt remain in power.

 

The corrupt do a pretty good job of ensuring they remain in power and keep any threats down ! i thought ukip were a threat but they stopped them to so far.

 

People are elected, the only reason UKIP or any other party didn't get into power is because not enough voted for them. And before you say it, the fptp system is what we have in place in the UK , everyone knows this beforehand, we were offered a different system in 2011 which was rejected

Well if you don't vote you get the government you deserve, you may get that in any case, but at least you have voted and made your choice. To say that they are corrupt or whatever other thing when you don't vote just shows that you don't deserve a voice or opinion on the matters at hand

 

Why do so many Million's not bother any more to vote? the percentage has been poor for so long why?

In 2010 just 65% of the UK Voted


In 2015 just 66% of the UK Voted


While there has been a recent trend upwards of a modest 7%, the overhaul trend since the second world war has been downward from 84% in 1950. This reflects the disenchantment that a growing percentage of the population have to our so-called democratic process. I predict that this temporary upward trend will soon evaporate as more and more become disillusioned with the whole farce. You cannot continue to call on the electorate when your are seen as nothing more than thieving lying scum....................
