Individuals are molded by their beliefs.
    They determine people's actions.

PNP I'm surprised at you. Any individual should be able to think for themselves regardless of whatever doctrine has been rammed down their throat.

Size is irrelevant and as it's hard to determine how many people are nationalistic or xenophobic, it's an impossible comparison.
By this standard Christians would be allowed to react if provoked, so the provoker should be punished, but would Hindus? Buddhists? Pagans?

What about where these faiths contradict each other?
A Christian could find the Islamic belief that Jesus wasn't the son of god provocative and a public declaration of that as a provocation.

Isn't it actually from the Hadith and not the Quran?

They should. A lot don't, though.

We're talking about people being murdered over cartoons, Ammaar.
Not even those that drew them, either.

I did say "could". As the Christians routinely depict one of the prophets of Islam, both in pictures and sculptures, it could easily happen the other way, too.
They've got images of Jesus everywhere! <laugh>

That it's debatable and that there doesn't even seem to be anything suggested for a non-Muslim depicting a prophet, as far as I can see.
