Yes, I would suggest an alphabetical penalty added the worst score on each selection so that I would lose 3000, Devo would lose 4000, Funkdaddy 6000, etc. Oh, and Singing is minus 19000. And I am just off to change my username to AardvarkSaint;)

Now that every-one has posted this week (although new entrants are still welcome up to kickoff), it is time for me to reveal some additions and changes, starting next week. I'll repeat this on next week's thread so that no-one forgets!

There will now be SIX fixtures instead of five.

When you play your Penalty Card, the score for that fixture will no longer be simply doubled. This is because ATM we are all playing it on the one which will have the lowest attendance. the fixture will now decide as to whether that score is doubled/trebled etc. If you play it on match 1 or 2 it will be doubled; match 3 trebled, match 4 quadrupled, match 5 = x5 and match 6 = x6.

There is a new compulsory card called the Multicard. The effect of this card is that it will treble the fixture score for the players immediately above and below* you in the table. It will also double your score for that fixture. Place an M after the score of your selected match.

You may no longer play more than 1 card per match. All compulsory cards must be played against different matches

There is a new optional card called the Triple-Dare. Unlike the Double-Dare, this pits you against the players above and below* you in the table. The one with the worst weekly total will have his trebled. 2nd place will have his doubled. one sly incentive to play this card is that, if the initiator's weekly total is the best of the three then his will be halved. If one of the others has the best score, his score will simply stand

Play your cards wisely. It is now mathematically possible for some-one to have a single fixture score multiplied by 27!

    Example entry

    43210
    32109 P
    21098
    10987 J
    9876 M
    1234

    Double-Dare

    * Note for Multicard and Triple-Dare. For the purpose of this; if you are at the top of the table, the person "above you" is the person at the foot of the table and vice-versa

    Devo

Did you stay up all night thinking of that lot??

I think it would be easier if we all made plasticine models of the person above and below and then we could stick great big pins in!!!

I will revise my forecast of taking 4 years to complete this game to 4 weeks

    Cheers, great fun ahead

Oy stop picking on me Channon, or I shall start suggesting you have an extendable tongue, large ears, and a heavy tail and feed on ants and termites(probably the best food you can get at St.Fairy's)<laugh>
