Thanks for posting this Hoopster - I found it interesting. I think the first three replies to Mr Gannon's article were excellent and exposed it for the wholly incompetent and shoddy piece of so-called journalism it was.

is everyone with "hoop" in there username a spastic?

The above Company was incorporated on 11 October 1994, with a registered office at 24 Great King Street, Edinburgh.
This Company subsequently changed its name on became "The Celtic Football and Athletic Company Limited" and currently trades as Celtic Football Club.
So let us start the campaign that as the old Company folded in 1994 and was replaced by this Company, that all trophies, including the big jug, won before 1994 be stripped from their official records.
The Company that Liewell runs has a very very proud history going back all of 18 years and has won 7 titles, 6 scottish cups and 5 league cups.
Pass this info around every bear you know, get on the phone-ins and let us ensure the gloating fans of Pacific Shelf 595 Limited that we are not the first to think about a change of name, and that it doesnt necessarily mean that previous history is lost.

****in spastics!
Is the argument not IF Rangers go into liquidation (which I doubt they will), then they need to start a "Newco" and brand it as Rangers (or a variation of the name) , This means, in effect, the Rangers who won 54 titles would cease to exist and "Newco" start from 0 - unless they wait 3 years (to get registration from UEFA) and then purchase the "history" - like Fiorentina did.
Celtic never went into liquidation and never started as a "Newco"!
As I said spastics!

Why?
Yes, the replies were taken from "Timmy's Big Book of Stock Responses". As was your post.![]()
Because the tic fans that believe we should have our titles taken away are just as pathetic as those quoted on there.
You can't be a greetin' faced bairen then decide when the opposite team do it its funny and laughable (not that the tainted titles thread isn't)
Theres a word for that and I'm sure a clever man such as yourself can figure it out without me saying it.
IF your titles are taken away it will be because you have been found guilty of winning them while cooking the books. It's not exactly the same as simply changing your name.
