Desperately poor performance that. We got done over like a kipper after a great start.

So naive, not one took ball to corner and kept coughing up soft chances and that was prob a pen.

Group over. 9 points is unassailable now.

Can we put atletico out by beating them at anfield? Doubt it but itd be good for us later as we cant beat them.in 2 legged football.

A point would do no? They play each other last so both cant get to 11.

 

Horrible, horrible game to watch. Should have been a breeze after taking an easy 2-0 lead, but we lost our heads and didn't manage the game.

Not sure there should be any questions over the red card. If Griezeman turns round, eyes on the ball and goes studs up on the knee it's a red no question, so should be even more so to go studs up in the face! Such a nasty game after the red though, Atletico went through every trick in the book to slow the game down or to try and get our players sent off.

Feck knows that that lad is doing for the pen with Jiota, like he had no idea he was in the area?

Even after going 2-3 up, we didn't close the game down and gave them too many openings.
