Its a seperate argument IMO although I would argue that the sovereignty of the God of Israel in the world and the divine origin of the Torah is a fundamental obligation for Jews, The focus is not on Judaism per se In the context of the existence of Israel its a strange at best and ludicrous at worst
Just read some explanations on how the whole atheist jew concept works and to me they are just making **** up based on some of the arguments there is no doubt that the land belongs to the modern day palestinians, as they are 'jews' based on their ancestors being jewish women
FFS listen, all those fairytales were written ages ago, of course they'd say they deserve that land. Israel wasn't recreated because everyone thought their god said they deserved it, it's just guilt from the Holocaust (that you don't believe happened ) As i said earlier the ****ty religious stuff has infected human culture everywhere, picking bits of it that don't make sense is futile, none of it makes any sense nowadays
One thing that occurs: once Israelis lose their faith, you say 30% have, and marry other atheists and people of other races, their offspring will not be Jewish so the number of Jews is very much in decline whereas the number of Israelis I imagine is quite static.
you really are an angry **** arent you? the holocaust wasnt the reason. the argument was that it was land promised to the people of israel by god. who said i dont believe the holocaust happened? do you know the difference between denial and questioning no wonder it took 6 years FFS
I think maybe that is why there is a 'relaxation' on what constitutes a jew, however the notion of offspring not being Jewish has happened already IMO The palestinians/arabs were jews whose offspring is now muslim. other religions too but mainly muslim
but what is 'Jewish' the palestinians mothers/grandmothers were jews too. they are now muslim so is Israel theirs too?
How the **** do you come to that conclusion? The choice of where Israel would be probably came from the fairytale book they believe in, but the English goverment at the time didn't give them that land because they believed their God promised it to them, it was part of assaging the guilt of the holocaust. If you don't believe the Holocaust happened as reported, watch Nacht und Nachtung
Israel belongs to the state of Israel, it's just your warped mind full of hate that believes all the fairytale crap. I give up, like every time i try to debate with you, you ignore my points and ask me stupid questions that i've already answered. Oh and the 'you're getting angry' bullshit, see Dev's online arguing techniques
Are you really that dense? even the name Israel is biblical and involves angel wrestling I believe the holocaust happened, I just think there are questions to the accuracy of historical records
If I remember correctly, Israel was created because there was no place before that that could be called a 'Jewish homeland'. Christianity had Rome, Islam had most of the Arab countries, Hinduism had India etc. but there was no place as a 'designated Jew zone' (in the bluntest words possible)
the 'migration' to the promised land has been going on for centuries thing is whichever way you approach this that particular patch of land was the aim due to it being promised by god
Almost. Israel was re-established as the Jewish Homeland. It had previously existed as a soverign, independent state for over a thousand years before the Roman Diaspora in 135 AD.
I live in France and they didn't get it right. As much as I love the country there is much need. The judeo-christian faith is the basis of our creation. We need to be thankful. But we have rejected God for a secular society with no morals whatsoever. I will be supporting Anton Ferdinand and his pre-match prayers. God bless him!
