I'd just like to say that I'm an atheist but have no problems with people being religious, I do not look down on those people or wish to change them. I dislike militant bigoted atheists just as much as I dislike militant bigoted religious fundamentalists.

If you're an atheist, it is not your business to convert the religious. Just leave them to it and keep your beliefs to yourself.

    You're dodging the question again.

I don't think that there's any doubt that at least one Man Utd player has committed adultery.
Nobody's asking you to make any accusations, as they've already been made

According to shariah I cannot say ANY UTD player has committed adultry

    Now tell me why?

Bottom line athiests are smug when arguing about what the DONT believe in DEMANDING proof, but the fun starts when asked what the DO believe in and to PROVIDE proof.

You will never hear so many IFS, BUTS and MAYBES <laugh>

    Because you're a coward?
    Because Britain isn't under Sharia?
Because you weren't a witness to it?

Why you can't do it is irrelevant.
You're dodging the question again, because you're not comfortable with the answer.

If a Man Utd player had committed adultery, what do you believe the appropriate punishment would be?
Try to answer the question without dodging it and issuing a non-answer for once.

    Atheism isn't a belief system.
You can be an atheist Buddhist or Satanist, for example.

Claiming something with no proof isn't better than admitting that we don't have enough information to give an accurate answer.
You don't know, but claim that you do.

Apart from that thing they call cosmology. The creation of the universe is not a conspiracy theory. People have won Nobel prizes in physics for their studies into the creation of the universe.

thefanwithnobrain is clearly a ****ing goofball.

<applause> Well said - and as someone who does practice a religion I consider that the same is absolutely true in reverse

    why am I a coward?
Who said anything about Briatin being under shariah?
I dont need to be a witness to it

I acknowledged that there is a death penalty for adultry on previous threads, and i am happy and more than comfortable with it because I know shariah law

The appropriate punishment for a MU player committing adultry would be nothing. I think his mrs should cut of his gonads , I base this on how I would feel if i was cheated on. of course it wouldnt be gonads in my case <ok>.
how this is relevant to an OP entitled athiesm is beyond me

You want a debate on shariah open a thread I will oblige. As it takes away from the OP on athiesm.

Perhaps I should have worded that so that you couldn't duck the question so easily?

What would the appropriate punishment for a Man Utd player committing adultery under Sharia law be?

    I don't believe in anything.
Belief suggests acceptance without proof or evidence.
If evidence suggests that something is probably true, then I accept it as our best current answer.

What do I believe in, in your opinion?

What are you talking about goofball? Who on this thread has mentioned anything about 100% proof of anything?

It's just your usual deflecting technique because you don't have the intelligence to argue your case.

As I said, go get a grounding in cosmology before wasting any more of my time with your inane gibberish.

    WHAT?

are you really that ****ing stupid?

You asked me what I thought was the appropriate punishment for an MU player committing adultry
I answered that directly. How is that ducking?

or is it that you dont like the answer?

sort your head out and get back to me.

as for this NEW question, the penalty for adultry under shariah law would be death

However no MU player has committed adultry under shariah law, even if it existed in the UK

    do you know why?
