I'd just like to say that I'm an atheist but have no problems with people being religious, I do not look down on those people or wish to change them. I dislike militant bigoted atheists just as much as I dislike militant bigoted religious fundamentalists. If you're an atheist, it is not your business to convert the religious. Just leave them to it and keep your beliefs to yourself.

Atheism isn't a belief system. You can be an atheist Buddhist or Satanist, for example. Claiming something with no proof isn't better than admitting that we don't have enough information to give an accurate answer. You don't know, but claim that you do.

I don't believe in anything. Belief suggests acceptance without proof or evidence. If evidence suggests that something is probably true, then I accept it as our best current answer. What do I believe in, in your opinion?
