they've looked dangerous, and taiwo hasnt looked happy at left-back. we also havent got it out to cisse enough, what a player we've got on our hands! but finally a bit of luck for us - when was the last time a team scored an own goal in both the away and home fixture in the same season?! take a bow villa, take a bow. 2-1 at half time, i fancy there are more goals in the second half, although as it stands villa are looking more likely. hope MH puts a rocket up everyone's arse now.
Thanks goodness for HT. Another 5 mins and they would've scored the equaliser. Hope we don't sit back otherwise this is going to be a long 45 mins.

Sitting too deep and allowing villa too much of the ball, need to close them down quicker. Still would have taken this at HT if offered, lets hope we also look to score again rather than just defend.
A point at Villa would have been a good result, but to go 2 up anywhere I would be disappointed to get less than 3 points. Barton needs a few words, shocking how much he has given it straight back to Villa. Will be a tough ask now, having conceded one at the worst possible time.
He's been bad! Cisse electic while we had the ball the first 20 minutes or so. Hulse done Ok! We look weak central midfield and in the middle of our defense, and Taiwo is a bit lost, still in Italy somewhere!
Blackburn just missed a penalty, and they've had an effort cleared of the line earlier. That one ain't over.
