I thought we would see a dip today ... pleasantly surprised with the result and I trust my Form predictor stays at maximum ... ongoing ! EPL (Premier League), Sunday 04/10/2020 : Aston Villa 7-2 Liverpool After this result AVFC's total Form Points remained at 114 ... that is, points after 38 games. The maximum available remained at 114 points, with 105 points left to play for. AVFC are above par and 2nd in the table, with 9 points and GD at +9 from 3 games.
I dont understand any of that but how are you doing mate, Feeling good after that win? @astro what's all that stuff up there mean bruh?
It is from my AVFC-Form spreadsheet and it measures AVFC's form after every game and predicts how many points AVFC may get at the end of the Season. I certainly am feeling good after that win, thanks. More important for feeling good is the quality of play and the results that AVFC has delivered since football restarted. please log in to view this image
Thanks for explaining, you certainly tore us a new one that's for sure. Good luck for the rest of the season Larry
EPL (Premier League), Sunday 18/10/2020 : Leicester City v Aston Villa, KO 19:15 hours, SKY. 06/10/2020 : AVFC's next match is 11 days away so I will wait until after the International Break before making a prediction. I just hope that none of our players get crocked (or get Covid-19 !) whilst they are away ! Update 09/10/2020, fixture moved for SKY from Saturday 17th October to Sunday 18th October.
09/10/2020 : With the ban on fans ongoing, EPL Clubs will use live PPV for their games, except for those chosen for TV. There are two AVFC games on SKY, none on BT Sport. Sun 18/10/2020 : Leicester City 19:15 Aston Villa Sun 01/11/2020 : Aston Villa 12:00 Southampton
10/10/2020 : The link below compares footballing abilities, Jack Grealish to Paul Gascoigne ... and it covers JG's uphill struggle to get recognition at International level, i.e., with Gareth Southgate for England, too. Will Jack Grealish, MOTM against Wales, start against Belgium tomorrow? From AVF, while all the transfer speculation was ongoing, this post on August 31st by 'Dorset Lion' nailed it. Though I'm hopeful that the best bit of transfer business for us was just done at the weekend with United signing Van De Beek, hopefully that's an end to their interest in Jack, though sitting on the bench at United is apparently better for your England career than dragging a club up and keeping them up about as singlehandedly as its possible to do in a team game. I like grealish, not many players can genuinely grab a game by the scruff of the neck and make things happen, he does it a lot.
14/10/2020 : TV move update, our game against Leeds United has been moved for BT Sport. I am not sure if it is pay-per-view. We currently have three games that have been moved for TV. Sun 18/10/2020 : Leicester City 19:15 Aston Villa - SKY Fri 23/10/2020 : Aston Villa 20:00 Leeds United - BTS Box Office - PPV ? Sun 01/11/2020 : Aston Villa 12:00 Southampton - SKY
EPL (Premier League), Sunday 18/10/2020 : Leicester City v Aston Villa, KO 19:15 hours, SKY. My AVF prediction, made today : Leicester City 2-3 Aston Villa
EPL (Premier League), Sunday 18/10/2020 : Leicester City 0-1 Aston Villa Four consecutive wins for AVFC after Barkley's late goal decided this match. Not the goalfest that could have been expected and not an 'after the Lord Mayor's Show' performance either. Just one request to AVFC ... keep it going ! After this result AVFC's total Form Points remained at 114 ... that is, points after 38 games. The maximum available remained at 114 points, with 102 points left to play for. AVFC are above par and 2nd in the table, with 12 points and GD at +10 from 4 games.
It looks like you are correct there, unfortunately ! EPL (Premier League), Friday 23/10/2020 : Aston Villa v Leeds United, KO 20:00 hours. 20/10/2020 : BT is my ISP and I have BT Sport in my package. The only reference to our game on BTS is about live commentary. This looks like a PPV job and as I already pay for BT Sport, I will not be paying for it again ! If AVTV had offered this match on PPV, then I would have purchased this game ... and every game by PPV from AVTV. My AVF prediction, made today : Aston Villa 3-1 Leeds United
