It makes you realize how fortunate we are to have/contribute to such an active forum at Norwich

 

something i found out earlier which i found interesting was that there has been so much furore surrounding villa this season, not just because they are struggling but because of the age of their team. there's no denying it is very young, but guess what? bradford's side is even younger...

 

I think last season our squad was one of the youngest in the Premier League as well!

 

it was the youngest. 23 years average age. this season its gone up to 26

 

We coped well last season despite the young squad, so why shouldn't Villa. There must be other reasons.

 

If the squad with the highest age was the best, QPR would be European Champions!

 

And Bradford had Matt Duke whose 35 that's got to push their average up so I imagine they have some very young players.

 

given played though, so that sort of cancels duke out a bit!

 

I don't know whether this has been mentioned before but aparently Villa were the second highest spenders last close season. Doesn't seem believable somehow but it was mentioned on SKY.

 

now Harry is trying to recruit Gallas. how many years ago was he in his prime?

 

Im surprised he hasn't offered Joe Jordan a player coach role yet ?

 

Gallas is still quality, he'd be a good signing if he can stay fit (BIG "if")
