Amazing what a persons line up is, as to how it is deemed to look on a pitch..... Ki...c/m as opposed o being played behind Fletcher, please tell me the difference as to how that team selection seems? Formations, ****ing formations, when in reality they run all over the place...
In my opinion Westwood has been disappointing so far and was bullied for Palace's 1st. Mannone just as good and bigger too. Ki prefers this advanced position apparently. I think with Cabral and Catts in there too this gets all of our best players on the pitch. It won't happen, but it's how I'd play.
No I didn't actually. Underwhelmed by Westwood so far but if Mannone's no better then so be it. There probably isn't much between them so it's not a particularly important decision.

Haven't seen enough of Dossena to form an educated opinion so I'd stay with JC for now - if Dossena turns out to be a good signing then he gets the nod but I don't see them train!!
I can't think of a goal to blame Westwood for so far this season - Palace's first goal bounced in off their centre halves knee after passing our near post at head height - certainly not eh keepers fault!! Both of the MK dons goals were Mannone's fault - although the second one they may have scored anyhow but he was on his knees with the player still 10-15 yards away from him so gave him an easy finish
A keeper should not be claiming a ball at waist height in the centre of his goal in a 6 yard box - the FA coaches don't expect that - they expect the ball cleared before it gets that far as, if it does get that far at that height, it will 99% of the time end up in your goal - this is from one of the FA's top coaches as well which I occasionally meet with through my sons coaching - it was a video he picked out at the coaching class and asked if the keeper could've done any better - he said as a keeper he wouldn't be able to come for that because it was too low and got too far - a ball should never get to that position - it was at head height at the front post and this is where it needed to be got rid of - if a ball comed into 4half a dozen players at waist height it certainly shouldn't be the keeper to blame

Fair enough that wasnt great but Westwood reminds me of Kelvin Davies. Capable of good saves but too small. He's been culpable this season in my opinion. John OShea has also been dubious. Mannone and Brown should play next game.
