With Ian Woan likely to be off to Watford, some questions to ponder:-

1. If he had been made assistant manager by Cotterill could we have kept hold of him?

2. With Paul Groves and David Coles having been 'let go' by West Ham, should SC try and get one or both of them back?

3. Do you think SC's reluctance to appoint an assistant manager because of financial restraint, an autocratic management style or just plain stubborness?
 
Doesn't want an assistant manager - the Exec is acting in that role it would seem.

Or is it the other way round with SC as his assistant?
