says gate receipts account for 41% of turnover for us. so a boycott does seem like a good idea. it would really F roland up.

also says we spend 146% of our income on staff/players. given these are last years stats and most useless people (i.e. meire) have now left. we must be down to spending what we make.

I agree, but boycotting is bloody hard, especially with BowJacko in charge of the team, and so many of our own Academy products making a major contribution. Just a matter of time until I crack, I feel.

Not going means not giving money to somebody who has destroyed a loved one.

Think of it this way ...every extra month that Duchatelet stays, he has to get his chequebook out on the last day of the month and write a cheque for at least £750,000.

The percentage of income spent on wages (like most stats) only makes good sense if seen in context.

I would like to know what percentage of our income we spent on wages for every season since the wheels started to fall off (2006).
If I can gather that information I'll post it and we can see what has been happening.
However, I would not know where to begin looking for that kind of financial information going back 12 years.

Royston, with the savings on the lights, bottled water and breakfast, the cheque is now only £749,521.

And as I have previously mentioned, I have been told via a fairly senior employee at the club that Duchatelet has said he will only sustain the losses at their current levels until September. After that, there are going to be even more cuts.

Things are hitting up on ITTApologist.

Bazz13/Major/IncorruptibleAddick is having a joust with Mr van Gerwen.

Kojak is miles ahead on points stinging well targeted jabs whilst the haymakers from Nigel are missing wildly.

Funniest social media football story I have seen all summer.

Yaya Toure has passed a medical at an unnamed London club.

Some fans think he could be coming to Charlton.

He was on £250,000 a week at Man City <laugh>

Do we have a sell-on clause to line Roland's pockets and rub salt into the wound?

Would it matter if we had ?

We know where the money would end up.

So laughably predictable as well ...just to earn RD a quick buck over the summer.
