I don't think he's got the money to move out of the KC so you are right moving to Milton Keynes or Melton isn't on the agenda.

As you said Hull City 6 Fulham 0 is history just like Arsenal 1 Hull City 0 in the FA Cup semi final. The result of the name change application will one day be history. Assem Allam will one day be history, same as you and me.

If the application is successful Hull City will cease to exist. What you are left with is just a limited company that one day will cease to exist.

Stands to reason that if you give a man an inch he will take a mile. Where do people stop with the 'Allam can do what he wants' argument?

it is a mere name change, some of you need to get over yourself.

I have said which way I'm going. There is a possibility that I won't be on this board or at the KC next season if we are Hull Tigers. The answer to the question depends on what we decide to do as a campaign. That discussion will only happen if the FA approve the name change.

In the meantime we are Hull City, we have a fight to remain Hull City and we're not going to run away from that. Christmas is over back to the real work of giving the FA every reason to reject the application.

I expect to be at the KC next season watching Hull City play in the Premier League.

as long as there is a team to support, he can do anything he likes.
he won't drive us into liquidation like the previous regime did.......... I notice that most of you were VERY quiet when that happened.

For you it is a mere name change. I don't need to get over anything. It will be a sad day if it happens but Assem Allam will have killed my club. You dust yourself down and get on with it and find a proper football club to support.

Hull City Council paid the SMC £90,000 a year for the library and office space. £90,000 a year that Assem Allam has said goodbye to.

It's more than that though, isn't it? As well as 109 years of history this name change is happening on the back of a business plan with little evidence that it will work and a bitter dispute between owner and supporters. I'm yet to see a portfolio of evidence from Mr Allam that this name change will bring success to the club we wouldn't have as Hull City AFC. When he speaks in the press about CTWD in the press it's toys out the pram behaviour, not supporting his case with solid business evidence. For such a good businessman with a grand plan he doesn't half seem arsey when things aren't going his own way. So as well as the history we've also had to put up with the arrogant and petulant manner in which the whole matter has been dealt with.

    no, reread that.
I said that ... If you do go to the club, you are obviously too spineless to stand by your weak emotive arguments.
there isn't a 'not' needed in there.

cos your emotive argument is trying to convince people to stay away, and you haven't even convinced yourself.

But where do you draw the line? When he makes the team dress up in pink tutu's because he thinks it's the in thing? Not saying he'll do that, but if we're going to be apathetic to his every whim then it stands as a reasonable question. Us questioning him really isn't a bad thing and makes him realise there is more than just him involved with the club. Give him too much power and leeway then what he can do will act as a detriment to the club.

Not sure what you mean? The original question reads as if I don't say what I'm going to do makes me weak. The above reads as if not watching Hull Tigers makes me weak. So what will make me weak?

You could always start a campaign group to make 'City AFC' our official nickname......

I'd try and explain, but as you have the IQ of a potato, I fear it would be rather a waste of time.
