I was watching an episode of Endeavour on ITV, I quite like it for its quotes from back in the sixties. In this episode, they used the word tanner, and I hadn't heard that word for yonks.
AA obviously makes things up as he goes along. Most of it is an insult to the intelligence of the fan base, because if he actually believes we are all stupid enough to believe his ramblings, which are ill thought through and contradict many things he has said in the past, then he needs to think again.
I know its not completely indicative but go and look at the comments in the HDM. There are still plenty out there who think he is right. Should add that there are plenty who have no interest or idea what has gone on at Hull City and only see his charitable actions.
There are some who either blindly believe in whatever the Allam's say, or just are wind up merchants. All I know is that all their comments are so flawed in their accuracy, that saying them certainly makes me feel he is taking me for a fool.
Imagine if he owned a club in Turkey or Argentina or even Egypt , he might find out what militant fans actually are
I've said before, history has taught us you can't believe anything that comes out from the gruesome twosome. Maybe this guy should have been involved in the interview/Allam broadcast, he looks intelligent, laid back, and appears to have certain attributes lacking from the interview!! please log in to view this image
