I think the issue is Howe and Staveley. Think both hold too much power even though it can easily be argued that they should. Staveley did amazing things, as did Howe. But neither have been involved in creating a football club that wins things so until there’s more change upstairs we’ll just consolidate where we are.
For the direction of the football. Yes I think it is. The DoF and the manager are very integral to everything else. Everything else slots in around them.
