It's been obvious that Howe and his nephew are getting everything their way and that Howes manipulating things to support his drive for full control. Looks like we're going to just promote Nickson. Presumably that'll give Howe Jr the chance to be chief scout, then Johnny Howe, Tony Howe, Stevie Howe, Matt Howe and Janet Howe can set up our scouting network.
