Another salient point. UEFA rule prohibit anyone owning more than one club participating in a UEFA competition. He MUST be looking to sell??

imo he will recoup his money from NUFC, learned from it and throw you to the wolves. Then he will have a real go at Rangers.

I tend to agree, I knew it was a small holding he had in Rangers... but was curious IF he could have 'controlling interest in Scot & English Club..or does he have to lose NUFC control to take over Rangers?

 

He.still has a long way to go with Rangers, although his shareholding is steadily increasing.
His current stake is 8.9% which makes him the 3rd largest shareholder.
Probably has time on his side if he has a long term plan to take control, as Rangers won't be in Premier League for another 2 years yet.

As long as he gets his money back he will be content to have learned. He`s in no hurry.

He will sell NUFC (breaking even will do) and go for Rangers. After that you`re on your own. He never has and never will care.
