So how's this coming along People?? i'm all for seeing him in red..... whether its The pool or UTD ...... arsenal and chelsea will ruin him i feel!

But what about giggs?? he is still a Quality player!

Giggs will always be god in a UTD shirt, even when he puts his willy where it should not go.

Giggs had his best season in a few years last season imo so definitely justified his new contract. I may have less respect for him as a man now but as a footballer, he should still be selected when his performances merit it. Young's a good player imo but seems to have a bit of a "Marmite" thing going where people either love him or hate him.

I'm not really here nor there on Ashley Young. I think he will improve the squad, but not the team, I don't think he is any better than what we have in most people's percieved first team i.e. over Valencia or Nani.

Young is a top player, if given the chance he could really shine at Old Trafford. Sadly I think there are too many who want to see him fail before he has even signed and therefore unless he hits the ground running, will find it very difficult to settle into the team. As for the comparisons with Valencia and Nani, although technically Nani is better and Valencia is a superb right winger, Young is far better than both in the middle and on the left.

I like young; i think he'll do well and its good to see more english players in Utd shirts but i cant help but fell we'd be better going for sanchez or even someone else; youngs not a player i look at and think he could be the difference against barca; also hes no where near worth the 130,000 grand a week that he'll reportedly be on
