    Which club would have the cheek, nay temerity to think they could prize Perch away for a paltry £25m....pffftttt!!!

    I've been really impressed with Ashley over the last 18 months or so, more so with Llambias for coming out and giving the club's hierarchy a public face.

    Is it really up to Ashley? I fully expect us to have some transfer trouble with regard to Cabaye this summer. The bloke is top class. If the likes of Man U come calling and he expresses a desire to go, what happens then? Do you keep an unhappy player. People will undoubtedly think the French influence here is enough to retain him but I'm not convinced it would be so clear cut depending on the club.
