Why? What’s the difference between making a mistake quickly or slowly? It’s still a mistake. Why not try and take an appropriate amount of time to assess everything that needs to be assessed and then making a decision? It improves your chances of getting the decision right.
Your doing it again. Jesus take what I say in its full Context. I didn’t say it was only making a mistake. I said it “might” end up being a mistake. You removed the possibility that it may be the right decision. There is never a full proof decision it always comes with risk. I appreciate taking longer “may” (or may not) reduce the risk. Buy weighing that up against the length of time and damage incurred or making no decision at all means this. I would rather do something than nothing. I would rather make quick decisions to stop the rot and improve things and get one or two of them decisions wrong. Oh and learn from them. Stop trying to mince my words. You know what I am getting at and I don’t expect you to agree. Buy to appreciate that others have equally valid arguments and points.
Your example was Man City and Robinho, not mine. They rushed and they got it wrong and this resulted in millions of pounds and time being lost. What you appear to be saying is they should have made certain decisions and taken certain actions by now. I’m saying we don’t know all the facts and aren’t able to say but time will tell. I’m also willing to wait before criticising them as I don’t know all the facts. I would also prefer them to take a considered decision in the belief that it’s more likely to be the right one as opposed to panicking into any old decision just to make a decision which will more likely turn out to be the wrong one if all the facts aren’t considered. But you appear to believe the owners have got it wrong by being too slow to make decisions and criticising them before IMO giving them time to assess and act. Yes you’re entitled to your opinion and I’ve never said that you aren’t but likewise so am I. And if you can give your opinion, which you are perfectly entitled to do, then I am entitled to give mine even if mine is contradictory to yours.
If we get relegated without any improvement then yes your quite right I will feel like they have initially got it wrong. The difference here is they may indeed get it right and if they do then excellent. I’m going on current and past events (appreciate its 3 months but we don’t have the luxury of time my friend) however your basis of your opinions is on future events that may or may not happen. Your speculating. I’m assessing…..
I utterly and completely disagree with this. The same team of scouts are in place. Whilst that in itself reeks of an ownership without a clue, it also means all the assessing should’ve been done ****ing months if not years ago. Yet here we are heading to Watford with Matt Ritchie at left back (amongst other problems). There’s just no way to dress it up, the owners have been ****ing awful in these first three months, particularly when you consider the finances available.
Well have to agree to disagree. My opinion isn’t based on future events. I’m simply saying I don’t know all the facts and that I’ll give them the benefit of time and judge them on results in due course. Initially at the end of the transfer window and again later at the end of the season. You’re saying, in my opinion, I’ll judge them now without knowing all the facts and before, IMO, giving them a reasonable amount of time to change and improve things.
Good points. I am not judging. I am assessing their first three months. I made that point clear. I have not made any judgements yet.
I am not taking responsibility for a snowflake thread full of pics and gifs of semi naked gender free thingy's
See I told you all. But you didn’t listen. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/ar...10million-Newcastle-United-takeover-loan.html
