I think you'd need closer to 500m+. From what I've heard from a Mag mate the ground is in a shocking state as the plumbing is corroding throughout. Might need a new ground or massive renovation which will run into the 100s of millions. As for your training ground I heard you got cattagory 1 status by the skin of your teeth and need to keep upgrading to maintain the status. Lose the status it's back to a local pool of talent while us, your nearest rivals can continue to take our pick from around the globe. Newcastle has become a very very expensive project.
