What I'd love to see is for Joe Root to continue his excellent form today and notch up 200. And then for the Aussies to be bowled out cheaply again meaning that Joe Root had scored more in his single innings than the whole Australian side had in their two innings combined. Now that would be some record.

They have added nearly a hundred runs this morning - game over I think. The only thing the Aussies could have done was restrict the lead to 250ish then get over 500 to have any chance. Personally I would be surprised if we had to bat again now
