As Ash says, show us where we posted Norways name then !! Norway, you're right more than one screw loose. I'm looking forward to your next thread, you've got me curios already. One question though, what do you want done at any attempts made to derail it ? Delete, ignore, what ? FAO to the poster who has pm'd me, you know who you are and it's only just come through on my phone but I will get back to you
Not sure whether to laugh or cry ... Nobody's revealed my real name anyway, which isn't Tony as anybody who was at the Vetch around 1970 would realise : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tony_Millington Tony Tony Millington Tony Millington That was what we used to sing - we were in the old 3rd division then and Tony was one of the fans' favourites. I chose the name to remind me of good times ... I think breezy was referring to me as Anthony which appears by coincidence to be Norway's real name so that was the confusion? Now that's cleared up maybe Norway can have his thread back...
Tony, talking of deleting, did you see my message on your profile page ? If not you'll know it when you see it. Any probs let me know
I saw it, just some inarticulate Cardiff supporter who didn't like my (completely non abusive) post on their board. Probably couldn't summon up the vocabulary to respond so thought he would tell me to **** off instead. Sad really.
You guys are the ones that said I passed out Norways info & by doing so, you guys named Norway Lol ... P'S. It appears you don't want to answer what happened to the QPR thread by their mod that made you a fool Dilligaf ... your silence speaks volumes .. By the way tonytony ... sorry for my ignorance , I've only been a Swan fan for half a dozen seasons so that's the best excuse I have for not knowing who he was
You're the only fool here and you're making yourself look sillier by the minute. Just a typical keyboard warrior aren't you ? I'm drawing a line on your nonsense right now as its time to get back on the subject. Anything else that's not on the subject of the thread will be deleted. Anything on topic will stay.
FAO Norway, Sorry mate it's not you but I have no alternative but to close this thread. It's because we have a childish poster posting abuse. Therefore steps now have to be taken against this poster because this can't be allowed to go on Good thread, re-opened and hopefully will get back on track
Stewart Downing, Jose Enrique and Andy Carroll would all beg to differ about Rodgers being this Manager who sucks up to every player he manages and massages their ego. He's treated Downing so coldy he's leaving in January. He's ruthless when he has to be.
to be fair Brendan is making great strides at liverpool and it wont surprise anyone that knows about football other than just watching a game that he is well ahead of where he thought he would be and doing a great job....A top 4 will be on the cards next season if he carries on the way he is doing.....He is definitely not a soft touch by any stretch of the imagination....
I think we all know Brenden isnt a soft touch, breakingagreements to sign Joe Allen and guzumping the Gylfi deal are proof of that Brenden can do well at Liverpool if given the time, the 3 envelopes he produced the other night had 3 names on them though. 1. Brenden Rodgers 2. colin pascoe 3. Steven Gerrard I cant see seasoned pro's buying into the bullshit and side street magic if the team keeps failing to get 3 pts every week, say what you like about rodgers but his only saving grace so far has been the signing of Joe Allen who most Liverpool fans see as an insight to rodgers way of playing,of course he didnt develop Joe but im sure most Liverpool fans dont care or dont know about that. Joe is showing what can be done with that team and thankfully the youth team are also going to be a big plus fr him, his problems are Stevie G and Jamie carragher, alienate them and he is ****ed! he knows Gerrard is the main problem but cant do anything about it, Rodgers is a smart guy and as all his open letters prove,he understands that the fans are the only ones who can keep him in a job, trouble is that he is fast becoming a bit of a joke on the TV and the bottom line will be results, which he isnt getting. There is no money to spend and he has senior players that cant/wont pass and move to create gaps in which they can create scoring chances, watching stevie g hitting 30-40m passes and crosses for Surez was comical and meat and drink for opposition players, its why they arnt scoring goals, again its the British mentallity of our footballers who still think running faster, being stronger and hitting quick passes is the way to win football games! There is alot to sort out for rodgers, if he gets the required support then he will do well, his youth team look far better than his first team and that tells me that some are taking it on board and others are not
The three envelope schtick was a stunningly bad move on his part. A bit of a low rent move, IMO, that wouldn't motiviate me one bit. What a thought to plant into their heads at 9 pm the night before the first league match. Any pro in that room must have thought **** that guy he's already judged us - knowing full well that everybody in the squad is busting a hump to make it work. Wait until you see the next episode. As for SG ... they are all still habituated to playing with Carroll up front, he was the go to guy to make something happen in the box. Now there's no Carroll but when the pressure is on they all fall back to old habits; BR's new methods have not been able yet to surplant the old habits.
