Lallana on for Punch for me, as well. Gaston has done a couple good things, among a couple bad things...Puncheon has been woeful.
Well you can't say we played badly, Wigan have defended well and we have struggled to create enough clear-cut chances.

Yeah it is becoming a feature of our play that we flatter to deceive, play great possession football but create few good chances. Awful defending by Yoshida for their goal, completely misjudged the flight of the ball. Puncheon and Lambert not having their best games, hopefully Lallana can come on and create something.
It was stupid not to sign a winger in january, but cant look back now. Draw would still be a bad result if we are aiming higher than 15th, which according to cortese we are. Need an early goal in the second half to stand a chance of a win.
It's becoming quite evident that Fonte and Forren will be the preferred pairing once they're ready, though Hooiveld has actually been quite good lately.
One of the things I was hoping Pochettino would get a handle on is us taking 5 extra passes to get the ball into the box than necessary, it is giving Wigan so much time to organise themselves.
