good point there ron.but another point on that note players get bonuses for winning so i wonder how much they are, maybe the club take that into consideration ,maybe not who knows.

surely if us fans can come up with these ideas then why cant the people who are paid by our club to make these decisions come up with them as well <doh>

I just cant understand why WWFC wont/cant do something to TRY and get attendances up particularly in cup games. They really dont need to do anything drastic - maybe just say that, for FA Cup and LG Cup rounds 1 and 2, any child under 12 goes in free and its £5 to stand up for adults. Surely that would be enough of an incentive???!! This is so frustrating!

I have just e-mailed the club (see below) - I will post up a reply when and IF I get one.

    Good afternoon,

I was wondering why attendances have been so low and seem to be decreasing even though we have made the step up to league 1. Myself and other fans cannot understand why special incentive schemes are not being tried out - please see attached forum for some ideas and also to gauge supporter frustrations - http://www.not606.com/showthread.php/78605-Article-What-s-going-on-with-our-club-Football-Wycombe

Myself, and many other fans would like to hear what the club is doing to address these issues.

    Kind regards,

    Jake

Season ticket holders do get in cup games for cheaper to be fair, my ticket should have been £6.00 but because I'm a season ticket holder was only £4.00

Wycombe do need to buck their ideas up, don't get me wrong we have hardworking staff but a club that's just been promoted and is getting an attendance lower than some clubs in League Two is ridiculous.

I think if you want to get more fans for example in the family stand, Wycombe could offer for every paying Adult with a Child - The child is entitled to a free drink/kids burger or something like that - as that's something parents are often put off by on a day out is the cost of food/drink.

Another idea would be, if you come to a certain number of home games throughout the season, you get a free ticket for a game of your choice? Or get to choose to meet a player of your choice?

Parking for families with two or more children under 12 could be free? I think parking should be around £2.50 - £3.00 with offers and discounts made throughout the season.

I'm sure we could all think of endless ideas but the fact is Wycombe are the only ones that can change the future of the club and it's attendances.

luke, the parking inicitive would be slightly pointless because with 4 people in the car its free anyway. i think theres one simple answer: make the tickets cheaper! these "kid for a quid" and kids go free dont work because it costs the adults a fortune. plus, people moaning about the ticketing doesent help the publicity, even though some of those moans are fair enough.

I heard quite alot of fans grumbling last night because their cards (platinum, blues etc) werent working when scanned at the turnstyle, I had to pay full price on Saturday because they couldnt find my blues card details and the new ones havent been sent out yet. I went to the ticket office to sort it and buy my ticket last night and as my Dad had renewed mine, his and my brothers a week poreviously they had 2 under my Dads name, My Girlfriend asked for a student and got charged for an Adult, all these extra staff are making thing alot easier arent they!!!

If a normal company was run like this they would have no customers left!

sorry to hear that calzy but it seems its the norm thesedays.since we have gone computerised the club havent got a clue,so many needless mistakes ruining the fans football day out experience.bring back the cash turnstyles and hayes can poke his computerised ticket system where the sun dont shine.

the ticketing system drives me insane! I feel sorry for the people who have to face the public as its not there fault its just a job, the management who know doubt think they know best should work in the ticket office for an afternoon so they can experience the head shaking, tutting, and general moaning that the club is becoming a shambles. Whats worse WWFC probably shelled out £50k for this new computerised system and its made everything worse. I have heard some one say "sod it, this is the last game I come to, I'm pis sed off before I've even got throught the turnstile". It is strange to think we pay more to watch Wycombe play than AC Milan fans pay to watch there team in the San Siro.
