Bit disappointed there as I thought Shane Kelly left Five Star Junior with too much to do. May not have got there but certainly could have got closer. Still, 28/1 NAP place money isn't too bad.
Thought I had hit the jackpot 2f out but it wasn't to be. Ah well, theres always tomorrow and I fancy two quite a lot
Last bet of the day and only a small E.W one is on the outsider TOTAL COMMAND at 20/1. He is a horse I have followed for a long time now and it has to be said he has been very disappointing as at one point he was thought to be a serious contender for the 2010 St Leger. His recent form would give him no chance at all but he has dropped to a mark of 95 and if bouncing back to anywhere near his best I would fancy him to run in to a place here. He drops in distance here today and it will be interesting to see how he gets on.
Right that is me done -what a dog that one was , have a cracking evening everyone what a ride SPENCER
There's something deliciously quaint and quirky about the once yearly Laytown strand meeting in Ireland. Just can't imagine that happening over here under rules.
gosh is it two years since my ill fated attempt at a stag do in Laytown. Time flies when you are being nagged constantly!!
Quite like the look of Ciruitous in the next at Wolves - that one to win and an e/w saver on Hootys Agogo
