Which is a similar reaction from my Pompey mate who for what ever reason didn't find out until this morning. Well, he was on holiday in Scotland...Seeing his brother...so I won't hold that against him. (They decided to stay at a hotel on the way back as they were driving and they stayed at a golf club can't think why was the weather bad or something?) Course they came down to breakfast and being a sports club they had skysports on. Hence my early morning phone call!!

Don't know why, but I honestly feel worse about it than when we were relegated from the PL, and the championship. Feels like the club has just shot themselves completely in the foot. When we went down, I kind of had less interest in saints because of how badly we were doing. Like I still went to games, but the investment wasn't as big as it is now. They haven't just betrayed Adkins, they have betrayed literally everything I have loved about supporting saints for the last couple of years. When we went down, it was kind of expected in a way. But after turning the corner, just as things started to look good for the club, they get rid of the man who is responsible for it. I will never understand this decision, and the only way I will fully accept it is if our new manager is a flipping genius. Good luck Nige.
