Its funny i played in a league for three years where only around 30% of games were officiated. The refereed ones tended too be full of winghing moaning etc. The non reffed ones were generally amicable affairs with desiscions usualy fairly unanimous. it was interesting the way players reacted too things like diving as well, no ref generaly theyd just tell their teamate to get up- if we had a ref theyed be apealing to him! Im not suggesting you could have a profesional game without a ref but i dont believe in the slogan no ref no game at sunday league level- particularily when the fa sends 13-14 year olds to ref sunday league games played between adults- thats why you get twits (add an a minus an i move the w) come throuh self assured idiots who dont think they can make a mistake
