    Bloody hell, I forgot about that Sporting Lisbon game. Probably the most frustating game ever, that Brazilian midfielder who eventually ended up at Boro was fantastic!

    It was awful to watch! We looked almost home and dry and then players started getting injured and goals started going in and all of a sudden we were 4-1 down. The look on Givens face after the third went in told the whole story. We had plenty of chances too, the best being Kluiverts ****e pass to Shearer when it was two-on-one.

    I was abroad on a lads holiday with a group of southerns when the news broke on ssn in a bar rhat souness had joined.
    the stick i got was never ending.
    Ruined a good holiday followed by running the club
