There are important people at our company who, at the start of the season, had the expectation to win the league!

At the start of the season, people said a top 10 finish would be good. We have led the race for 4 months which to me shows that we have overachieved. People have not expected us to do so well and we have not had so much pressure so far making it easier for in the first half of the season. Although teams have started to figure us out now i still believe it will be easier for us to get promoted this season as next season there will be more pressure on us to get promoted as that year we are expected to get promoted and we may struggle to deal with the pressure and the championship is a hard division to get out of as we know, although the league might be easier next season with teams like Wigan and Blackburn coming down. If we do get promoted next season NA will be able to strengthen and we will have a good enough team to stay up. However i believe that Lambert and Lallana would stay if we didn't get promoted as they will be aware of the 5 year plan in place.
To conclude i think it would be much better getting promoted this year.
