I'll take it all back what I said about Tremmel using his height.

You can't make a challenge in rugby like that Shawcross back-in to Graham in the penalty area. Taking the piss. Ref needs a slap

Tremmel, really, really should have done better with that. Still, poor performance by the ref. Why should one team be in a considerable amount of danger just because the other team "just play that way"? Shocking. Combative footie, fair enough, but going into every tackle as hard as you can means you hurt people too much. No respect for their opponents.

Can't watch the second half. This is the worst we have played. Could be the fact that Stoke are bullying our players and they're worried about getting knocked about, I know I would be. Wouldn't fancy a broken leg.

Innit. You shouldn't go into a game worrying you'll have your leg broken if you try and go past your man.

I don't care if we lose, if we leave this game with no serious injuries, it'd be a result. Stinking ****s

77% pass completion, 87% pass completion, no goals. Kick **** out of your opponents and squeeze two free kicks in, 2 goals.

Like you said Leeeon a victory for anti-football. Any team that relies on long balls and long throws shouldn't be in this League. At least Wigan try to play. There's room for physicality in the game but the triumvirate of Shawcross, Wilkinson and Walters are just thugs.

That said, our defending was shocking for both goals and that's not Stoke's fault.

Ya , F#ck the points , just let us have a healthy team at the final whistle . This was clearly there game plan from the beginning , see what they can get away with & keep on hacking at that rate .,

very very predictable - we have all the possession and create very little- they put some high balls in the box and its 2-0. Stoke may be boring but they are effective especially against a team like us - and Tremmel looks very shaky. we may aswell go for it 2nd half throw caution to the wind.

two soft goals to concede, however Stoke are the most shocking team i've seen in the prem. i too will gracefully accept defeat if it means we are able to survive with no serious injuries or a retaliatory red card ie Joe Allen. if my beloved swans ever resorted to such a style of football i'd willingly never watch another game again.
