With all these positive waves we can't lose.

Prowse can hurry and tackle a player far better then people think. Davis needs dropping after his last display, as for me dropping Lambert something about him has changed. It's like he can't be bothered or he is finding the Prem far too hard.

Never mind that. When travelling to St. Mary's we get a train from Waterloo to Southampton Central.

We usually pick up a sandwich or Burger King to eat on the train. Every time I wait for the train to move, then I eat. And we win.

Once I didn't do it, I ate before we moved. We lost 2-0 to Brentford. I'll keep control over my stomach this weekend, don't worry.

I'd still prefer Cork and Spider over JWP as our CDMs. In terms of Lambert, yes he's been poor but then the whole team have over the last few games and our attacking play has been poor. We have created very little and Lambert hasn't had much to feed off. I'm not blindly supporting him, but he is still our most likely goalscorer, if we start supporting him and supplying him again he will score.

I hope the stream is good this Saturday. I want to see this game. Mayuka did not impress Monday. Puncheon has looked better so I'd make that switch as well as Cork for Davis. If Richardson is fit put him and Clyne at FB. Other than that I'd keep the same team as WBA. Lallana needs to defend better especially with Fox but if we can get Clyne over on that side I think that would help.

It is nice to see all the optimism through the last 40 odd posts.......although true, some decenting voices. We have got to turn the tables at some point. Lets face it we can't go any further down can we.....so the only way we can go is up!!!! Swansea are not a bad side and should not be taken for granted. I just hope NA is on the ball with the right tactics for once and we go after them from the off. We need the points!! I will not be able to see them for a month after Saturday.....So come on my Saints we need a win to send me off to Aussie happy!!!

Lol, he's a good boy now! Mind you a ram raid for three points would be very welcome.

Well there seems to be a lot of consensus and a few interesting differences, but I'm glad we're all generally being positive.

Is Richardson fit? I liked him at RB with Clyne moving to the left, it was one of the key factors that changed the Villa match.
We need ANYONE but Fox at Lb and lets face it he clearly doesn't want to play there either as he shows by constantly not being anywhere near the traditional Lb position ... on the Left and at the back.

Punch must surely start, he's been good this season. Someone said "no end result" and suggested Guly as an alternative. This is a joke, right?

I don't think Ricky got any service v West Brom, we seemed to keen to keep playing sideways and not occasionally be more direct and yet we had RL and Jay up front.

I think Yoshi is looking good and has made some great tackles, our defensive troubles have stemmed from the left and in front of defense. Davis had a dodgy one on Monday.

I'm looking forward to a good game between 2 entertaining teams. I pray its an entertaining WIN.

Personally I would drop Davis evben if Cork isn't back. Give JWP or Reeves a go. Davis had a mare on Monday!

Jack Cork played 90 minutes for the U21 the other night, so should be fit.

I think we have to much in our locker for you to take the three points, If we are not at our best then maybe a draw but most swans fans are pretty confident on coming away with a win...michu, dyer and ki the scorers to win 3-1....

I would expect you to expect a comfortable win. Every team will at the moment. But to us you are a team that we can conceivably take points off, especially at home so although we may not expect a win, we have hope.

    Team I hope we play:
    Gazzaniga
    Clyne Fonte Yoshida Shaw
    Schneiderlin Cork
    Puncheon Ramirez Lallana
    Lambert

    Bench:
    K. Davis
    D. Fox
    J. Hooiveld
    S. Davis
    J. Ward-Prowse
    E. Mayuka
    R. Seager

I would bring on S. Davis for Cork, ease Cork back into the game.
    Mayuka on for Puncheon
Seager on if we're leading by 2+ goals, if not JWP.

Team I think he will play:
    Gazzaniga
    Clyne Fonte Yoshida Fox
    Lallana Schneiderlin Davis
    Ramirez
    Lambert Rodriguez

    Bench:
    K. Davis
    L. Shaw
    J. Hooiveld
    J. Ward-Prowse
    E. Mayuka
    G. Do Prado
    J. Cork/J. Puncheon

Cork, Guly and Mayuka to come on in my expected lineup

It is going to be an extremely tough game for both sides. Most of us Swans fans travelling down to Southampton would probably take a point now <ok>

Last time I was in Southampton we joined in on a protest march against the owners. Now it seems they manager could be living on borrowed time.

Not being funny lads but after gaining two successive promotions and playing good football in the process I reckon the powers to be should have more faith in the manager.

As for the game, I'm pleased that we'll be seeing football and not hoofball. From what I've seen I think you've been unlucky and I don't think any one of us expects an easy game. I saw your games against Man Utd and Man City and thought you were terrific and deserved more than you got. I think you may play 5 in midfield to counteract our system. If you do that you could well stifle our midfield if not then you may find you're chasing shadows for long periods of the game.

Apart from the obvious good luck for the rest of the season I'd love you to stay up. Good team, stadium and fans. Also at 3hrs a reasonable journey time for us too.
