Sung to the tune of Wimoweh. Or, for the kiddies here, The lion sleeps tonight. I think it works, but they need to sing it better. EDIT: Actually, they need to sing it a lot better.

I watched the whole game via stream, seeing the replays it looked a dive by Chamakh. He started going down before Boruc had even touched him, and well done to the ref for spotting it. Not sure why people seem to be on the back of Wanyama so much, they seem to focus on him all game waiting for a mistake and no-one else. I thought he was good, and don't remember him giving the ball away too often today. People seem to expect him to be some sort of creative midfielder never misplacing a pass nor ever passing sideways or backwards, whereas I see his job as a ball-winner who then lays it off to a more creative player, or to someone else just to maintain possession, even if it means going sideways/backwards. I'm not sure Cork would offer anything more than Wanyama does. I think Pochettino has changed our style a bit against the weaker teams who come to defend. Last season we tried to press everyone high and just got caught on the counter (QPR last season), but this season we don't force it as much and are more patient. Yes it might mean less exciting games, but if we get the win, whilst controlling the game, then I'm more than happy with that.
Look at #5 and #6. Holloway looks like a twat, and Mauricio is so handsome I turned spontaneously gay at the sight of him.
It's not just anybody who is seeing him give the ball away. Pundits have seen it and commented on it. A Scottish PL manager quipped about it, while he was a Celtic player, and several fans have seen it. Nobody is down on him, it's just that you don't expect him to make quite as many mistakes as he makes, especially as they are easy ones to get right. I'm sure he'll eradicate them in time. Apart from that, he does a lot of ball winning and I'm certainly glad we've got him.
This x 10. Wanyama was not any better (in my opinion) and the game was very boring. Saying that my 8 year old nearly broke my neck twice when jumping on me for the 2 goals in his No7 shirt. COYS
I see Dani Osvaldo says he dedicated his first goal for Saints to the fans for having faith in him... "ever since I arrived here, the fans have been fantastic with me". I don't think he realises yet how different English fans are as compared to Italian. Whilst they may not be quite as fanatical here [that's probably all to the good], they also won't go off him if he has a bad run of things as long as he keeps his head up and keeps trying. We like to see players giving 100%. If they do that we'll forgive them most things. I've a feeling he's going to love playing for Saints.
If he gets in the Italy squad for the World Cup, everything will be dandy. If he doesn't, he might want to play for a more reputable team.
He had a decent enough game, but he has a poor touch and is a terrible pass too often for this level. He was better than the last 3 games but that was due to playing the poorest team we are going to play in the league rather than any increase in form or ability. When he can't do the basics right like first touch and simple passes questions need to be asked of his ability, which like you say is good in other areas but he is going to constantly let the team down with his poor technique. He relied on his body strength to keep the ball quite a few times on Saturday but that isn't going to make up for his quite obvious technical deficiencies and he will keep losing the ball in dangerous areas. Just read on saintsweb he won the ball back 15 times which is a brilliant effort however this takes nothing away from his sloppy technique which I think has been and will continue to be a weakness.
