I agree he gets in amongst the midfield well, and occasionally gets the ball back. But for every time he gets it back, he looses it with bad touches or putting in a loose pass. Maybe I'm missing something, i have been trying to look for the good bits.
The thing that discredits that point though is the fact that we play that ball 2/3 times a game, to create a better angle to pass out to the split CBs, or if given enough space to turn and pass. When Artur played it out he immediately pointed and shouted to Vic to lay off the easy pass to Fonte, but unfortunately Vic's ears were full of wax and his head full of air.

That's true. It's an easy enough thing for Victor to trap the ball or just return it to Boruc. He was just asleep, I'm afraid, and Hull were deciding to press.
