Should maybe have offloaded Tiote in the summer when his value was at its peak, i daresay it has fallen significantly this season

 

I agree - however I still think we could get £15M for him which could easily by a cheaper replacement and a main striker with.

 

Agree with Yoshi re starting with Anita ahead of Tiote on current form.

Hopefully Le Gouf will be back in the starting XI. Too soon for Benni by the looks of it.

Whoever is available, I'm sure Pards will throw in at least one surprise in his team selection.

I'd have no problem with Anita in there, I just still think Tiote brings a hell of lot to the party, gives us a drive we need. His passing has been nothing short of shocking though. They need to sit him down and ask him to concentrate on "destroy and 5 yard pass".

People are harsh on Tiote. When he came on vs Spurs he was very good, and he wasn't bad vs Metalist at home.

He's just been in and out with injuries and ACoN and other **** that he's not had a chance to pick his form back up. For christ sake he came off 3 mins into the first game of the season.

 

Fair point Tash, but Anita has looked better than Tiote recently, so seems unfair to drop him. Also, Perchy has done a good job when called upon, so Tiote needs to focus and compete for his place - but with a cool head.
