Well, yeah, they pretty much were. Good header and awful marking after that, but we'd not be happy with it the other way around.
Not sure if there was contact, but I thought it was laughable that Tomkins thought he got the ball, he got nearer Lallana than the ball. Still got to defend the free-kick as well.
Probably wasn't a foul, tbh. But West Ham can't use that as an excuse. Terrible defending. I'll take it though! Happy for Yoshida as well.
It's true that there was minimal (if any) contact, but when you miss the ball that badly and the opposition player is forced to hurdle you, they're liable to end up on the deck whether intentionally or not, and the call more often than not is going against.
