    I don't think we're in that different a position to 2003 or 2007. We have the forwards and all-round mental toughness to compete with the Aussies and the All Blacks, but as usual they have more strength in depth at the back. So it all comes down to whether our kickers can make the difference, assisted by new blood like Youngs and Ashton rising to the big stage.

    Still think its the Aussies that may win it ! Nothing but respect for Robbie Deans , should have been given his chance as All blacks coach , but Heyho His record at Canterbury Crusaders in the super 10/12/15 is excellent!

    Yes but worried about the lack of cover in midfield on the bench albeit Garner and Deeney can fill in out wide.

    If that's true, the bench looks sensible enough. Hard to see how Mingoia and Murray are going to get a sniff this season though.
