Same old same old really. Hey ho.

 

There's plenty of criticisms to be made about Rickie's first half performance (should have definitely scored, has made a few slack passes, looks leggy etc.), but not being in the game isn't one of them haha, he's had the two best chances of the match and has been involved in almost all of our attacks, for better or worse.

 

The game is there to be won for us we just need that bit of luck in front of goal.

 

Disappointing not to be ahead, but isn't it great watching us play? Superb football, and looked so comfortable on the ball. Real good team.

 

Rickie has been good off the ball. It's just not happening for him when he gets it so far.

 

The American pundits are currently sucking Rickie dry at half-time, saying he's cementing his place to Brazil, strange.

 

Same here, to be fair they are Canadian.

He fluffed two of our best chanches, you mean. But that was early in the game, he faded since then.

 

Yep that'll be where my hatred stems from.

Yeah I was going to say, this is one of the rare occasions recently where you can't criticise Rickie for not being involved. He has been very poor though.

Good open game so far, could be 2-3 with chances for both sides. Hope we close the midfield down a bit more though.

Shaw got to be careful...Lallana was giving him a talk which looked encouraging. Not a dirty player so we should be alright. Hull have a good defence...but Mauricio is usually good at changing things round in the second half. What we don't want to do is.......

I've noticed this! Whenever Yoshida nudges him he goes flying, making it look like he's pushed him. Luckily it seems the ref is wise to him, but it's a bit of a sleazy tactic.
