FWIW, I think Capitalism has had its day, if it ever had a day. At most its days are not long. A couple of decades, maybe. I'm not communist or socialist either. Probably fairest or humanist. Any 'ist' where people don't have to go hungry or be in fear of their lives or security. In a world where, for there to be winners there have to be losers, it's not workable. In a game, winning and losing is fine. In life, it's a killer - literally.

My income has been decimated by interest rates of 0.5% and like everyone of my age I have never been a borrower and live well within my means. So why am I poor and the bankers are rich? For someone to become richer others have to become poorer. It is a bit like the lottery buy a ticket and you are poorer but you have given that money to whoever wins. So they have become richer and you are poorer. Social divisions in society are greater today than they were during the reign of Queen Victoria. The next step in the onward march of capitalism is outright slavery and don't tell me I am mad we have seen it already. Greed is what drives capitalism and it is greed that will destroy it. Up the revolution let us man the barricades. Bags I get to shoot the Eton Tory Toffs and their banker chums when we win.
