    £1.8M for George McCartney, the market value is taking the piss. My right foot is better than his whole body, so I must be worth £80m.
    £2.2M for David James at 41!

    Noticed Adam Clayton is on the list, well we can look forward to the usual Bates style of management and this will consist of Clayton putting a transfer request in and Bates making full use of this with his Bates Youth lot.

    Sorry Boab, in this market place we could realistically only expect to get 20m for you. Come to think of it, if we got 20m for you, we could buy some decent talent. No offence Boab but its for the good of the team. Lets start the bidding at £10. (This could take a while)

    Oh, just your usual middle aged man, with a beer belly, small amount of hair on top of my head, with loads in my ear and on my belly, one leg smaller than the other and about 8 stone overweight, with a physique that would put the late great Cyril Smith to shame. I am however 6foot 5 inches tall and you know what they say about very tall men!!!! A bargain and I only need feeding three times a day and dropped off and collected from a local boozer once a day.

    Suppose we we don't get a decent price for Boab, he could double up as a wrestler. I can see it now..... Making his way to the ring, weighing more then he should, hailing from bonnie Scotland its Boab the blob .......

    You could be on to something here, could we get Ant & Dec to present the show on tv? Bring back the good old days of wrestling when there was Giant Haystacks, Big Daddy etc, this time with balding, overweight, middle aged men from all over the UK. :emoticon-0110-tongu
