I seriously think Best is going to come good for us

 

The team we have will stay up. Simples. This isnt like last season where West Brom and us came up with Premiership sides. QPR, Norwich and Swansea are championship teams.... Throw into the mix Blackburn, Wigan, Wolves etc we should be okay. We might flirt with relegation at some point, we may not, we will stop up though.

Thats all Mike wants. He doesnt aspire to push to europe, that costs money, we might fluke it and nab seventh, we werent a kick in the arse off that the season just gone.... Dare i say it, league cup or FA cup.....

Europe is a bonus, in the meantime profit in transfer windows and a continually reducing wage bill keeps Mikes profits healthy. Long as we have a reasonable squad we will survive, he gets the TV revenue, season ticket sales, merchandise and sponsorship money each year, topped up by profits in transfer windows, season after season with a mediocre squad on reasonable wages..... NUFC becomes his cash cow and he is happy until someone buys or us out or he has a change of heart....
