I'm sure a few people here are in despair. First you talk about asset stripping, then when it has been pointed out by several posters that no money has been taken out of the club you stop. Then you complain about people being insulting and then call HG 'slow on the uptake'. Then you change your mind about your own figures: Wow.
Magic man if you insist on miss quoting everything I said , thats up to you. It wasn't an insult when I corrected HG, he knew what I meant but chose to pretend otherwise. If you think that the club is perfectly run, and that we can afford to spend less than any other EPL side fair enough. I and many like me don't agree. Thats why you can hear the dissent sometimes, even at the Emirates. it is our right to question, even if you don't like it. Come on guys, let's not squabble, whether it's personal insults or pulling people up on writing style or inaccuracies it's just not cricket. Point & debate have been good so far, and I think people are realising something is awry with the way the club is run. No-one knows where the profit goes, it just...goes!
I agree with the knocking off the squabbling. I don't agree with Balham, but he's entitled to his view. As for the profit at Arsenal, it goes back into the club. We have some money in the piggy bank and that's where it ends up. Nobody is 'asset stripping', Kronke and Gazidis are not milking the club as a cash cow or drawing down dividends. They pay themselves a wage, as anyone would expect them too. There is no conspiracy going on at Arsenal - we are a solid, solvent and well run club who are set up well for an uncertain financial future. We have a mixture of quality experienced players and we're bringing through young players all the time. Why some people want to find any excuse to knock the club, is simply quite baffling.
I'll second what you said about the silly squabling With regard to the club's finances and where the profit goes.It's all explained in the club's audited accounts.

Oh the irony. I would have thought that a self-called former director of a Japanese English company would know better than to pick someone up and then have such appalling grammar and spelling. Who's miss quoting? Is she fit? & yes, I do think 25k is very little, especially for such a role. Or, any middle to senior role.
