Gutsy performance but we were nowhere near them today. If you're honest about it, the gulf in class between the top and bottom in this division came home to roost - they were miles more skilful than us and it showed.

From the two back to back games, Man U have a lot to do to catch these guys today. Either way, it'll have very little to do with us. We just need to put these "no point" games behind us and move on to the real targets - three of them lost today and another drew.

Results against Stoke, Palace and Sunderland in December are far more critical, and I can't see why we should show West Brom anything like the same respect as these last two, and go for them at home as well.

As for the Campbell subbing, I also think that was a strange and a probable mistake. Odem has not convinced me in anyway that he can lead a line this season.

Best of luck for the rest of your season I thought your fans were fantastic today. You shouldn't need to worry about staying up, I think you are comfortably better than the chasing relegation pack IMO.

Campbells ball control was poor at times but theres no way he should have been subbed.

We were in the game and always had a chance until the 2nd near the end.

I dont think Arsenal will win the league. 2nd I reckon.

17th is our target so we are on course.:)

Quality team are arsenal and i thought cardiff gave them a good game but they just had that bit more about them especially in the final third. 3-0 did not reflect the effort cardiff put in as it was closer than the result suggests..

We got a bit lucky to only go in 1 down after the first half, we came out with some belief in the second half and gave ourselves a chance.
I don't think we can say the scoreline flattered them because in all fairness they could have been 3 up in the first half.
Main thing is we are giving this class of team a damn good game, if they had played anything less than they did we might have nicked something.
Well done the boys, good performance in the main.

Marshall didnt have much to do apart from pick it out of the net.

Their finishing was clinical. If Spurs were as good as them in the final 3rd theyd have had double figures.

Their defence and keeper were also different class.

If Wenger signs a top striker in January then they could take the title.

The clapping started id say about 10 seconds after the goal went in . I thought the clapping was because he refused to celebrate and made it clear he didnt want to celebrate.

It was clearly because he didn't celebrate, we clapped his respect for us, not his goal.

Not sure who the commentator was on my tv here in the US but he made me laugh when I think it was Giroud had a nibble at Medel he said " He needs to be more careful who he picks as an enemy".
