And as usual Jayram manages to turn this into an anti Ramsey rant
Ramsey didn't cost us a win today and he was actually one of our better players today so if you want to ba me a person it's not him

    Diabolical. Ratings:

Szcezny 6/10 - Could have done a little better with the second goal.
Sagna 5/10 - Never seen him troubled so much by a player.
Djourou 5/10 - Just isn't Arsenal quality, and kept showing it today.
Vermaelen 7/10 - Scored one, could have got another if not for Santos. Defended reasonably, helped the attack as much as he could.
Santos 7/10 - For him he did alright, attacked well, didn't screw up in defense.
Song 4/10 - Piss poor really, did he miss Arteta?
Ramsey 5/10 - Not much better than Song. Tried flashy ineffective rubbish again. Not quick enough to the loose balls. No real invention in attack.
Rosicky 7/10 - Gave it everything but ultimately ran himself ragged by the end.
Walcott 4/10 - Very poor, gave us nothing apart from losing the ball.
Benayoun 5/10 - At fault for the first goal, didn't do much.
Van Persie 6/10 - It's not possible for him to play badly. He didn't get much help and so didn't get a lot done.

    Subs:
Gervinho 4/10 - Just lost the ball... over and over. He wasn't match ready, why was he brought on?
Oxo 6/10 - Made one or two good runs, gave it everything unlike some players, but ended up losing the ball more than he should have. Needed more time in the game.

Sczsz - 6 (a few good saves but I felt he could've held onto the 2nd)
Santos - 5 (good going forward but gives me the ****s in defence)
Vermaelen - 6 (he doesn't seem to think about what he is doing, he just throws himself around, few mistakes today)
Djourou - 5 (a good block to keep it at 2-1 in the first half but he doesn't inspire confidence)
Sagna - 4 (embarrassed by Moses all game)
Song - 4 (another player in Moses and Di Santo's pocket, every pass gave away possession)
Ramsey - 5 (unspectacular and not very productive)
Rosicky - 7 (just for his first half commitment, I'd say he was the best player)
Benayoun - 5 (he doesn't really get anywhere with his dribbles, 1st goal his fault)
    Theo - 4 (just non-existent)
RVP - 6 (did he really do anything, but then how can he with no service?)

Gervinho - 5 (did absolutely nothing of note)
Oxo - 6 (tried but probably took too much on, a few nice passes)

    Discounting Arteta for obvious reasons.

Look at us...we expect our team to lose games then we complain about them being bottlers
Look at the Wigan fans, they were a true 12th man today and sometimes the players need that but yeah sure let's just start giving up because of a blip
    <doh>

  7. Santos was ok tonight - the real lightweight tonight was Sagna.

Sagna is exposed far too often by pace and strength.

Tonight Sagna, Song and Ramsey were absolutely dreadful . Combined they lost possession a massive 51 times.

    Aww diddums is upset.

Relax mate, you're still nailed on for 3rd, 4th at the absolute worst.

We'd be lucky to get 6th on current form.

They did brilliantly on the counter in the first 10 minutes and I think us not taking advantage of our dangerous end to the first half by equalizing killed us. Wigan were able to regroup in the second half and defended brilliantly, so fair play to them. Walcott was dire, and I'm seriously worrying about how bad he plays against deep sitting defences, was totally stifled today. Gervinho looked like he didn't know how to control the ball when he came on and our defence was just being embarrassed on most counter-attacks. Positives are Rosicky played well and Oxo looked direct when he came on, perhaps struggling a little bit to thread passes through the tight defence. RVP looks like he's too scared to shoot at the moment unless he has acres of space, which he isn't going to be given, so he needs to regain some confidence for the Chelsea game or we may be relying on Vermaelen again for the bulk of our attacks...

  13. A dose of reality for you

Ramsey lost possession of the ball 13 times in a single game tonight. To be fair, Song and Sagna were worse, but combined with how slowly Ramsey played and the fact he didn't do a single positive thing for the whole game, I think it is fair to say on the night he was rubbish.

Get your head out of your arse
    For gods sake
We are al sick and tired of you turning everything into an anti-Ramsy post

  16. You didnt like the dose of reality then ? Thought it best to wake you up from your Ramsey played well delusion <doh>

You want some more ? 79% of Ramsey's passes were backwards or sideways. Pretty standard for him.

You might want to extract your head from your own arse <ok>

Based on one performance? No. He's been fantastic for us for most of the season tbh. As for the Ramsey issue, I didn't think he did as badly as some players tonight in all honesty.

I don't what Ramsey did ti tick you off
I'm sorry if he shagged your mom or something like that but let it go.
Blaming Ramsey for the loss is utter boll locks and you know it

Santos was one of our better players. I still rate Gibbs higher, but Santos did very little wrong today.

Between Walcott, Song, Ramsey and Sagna we were shocking. Benayoun and Djourou weren't much better. Gervinho should have never come on.
