Ramsey has been very good so far. Pod has been the most involved in attack, so that's good to see. Giroud needs to do better.
I think we can score again, problem is, I can see West Ham scoring too, they have been making trouble for us from set pieces.
Great first half performance. Some of the passing moves have been a joy to watch - THIS is how i want Arsenal to play. They scored a very good goal from a corner that shouldn't have been a corner. The ball fell for them luckily for there other chance and Ramsey saved the day! If we keep going at this tempo i have no doubt we will get another goal or two. We need to go out after the half and get a goal quickly to settle the nerves and then dominate. If we can get the ball to Walcott more he could cause some real damage. When he has had the ball he is just walking past the West Ham defence. We are doing well down the left as well and thats where more of our play has been but it we can switch it up a bit more we will get in behind there back 4. Everyone has done well today - good first half (which we can't say often recently!) - more of the same and more goals please.
With a left foot like that, I think Podolski could do more damage from the middle, more shooting opportunities.
Good half. Their goal came out of nowhere, but we responded well. The missed chances could cost us though, this game can still be lost. We don't seem to be handling their set pieces comfortably.
This may be a shock, especially coming from me, but i thought Ramsey was our best player in the 1st half.
We need to make sure that we prevent giving fouls away in our half and that we are really organised when we have to defend set pieces. West Ham are causing us problems when they launch balls into our box. I think we've shown enough though this half to suggest that we can control the game if we keep possesion. We look good going forward, but we have got to make it count.
I think Giroud needs to stay on, his link up play has been good and his flick downs from Chesney's kicks are important against a team like West Ham
We've played pretty well but still look vulnerable when they hoof it up for their strikers. We need another goal early in the second half or we could lose in injury time as has happened before when we have dominated but not been clinical up front. Also, I'd like to see more players running into the box and gambling when we have a player in a good wide position. A few decent crosses have been made but no-one on the end of them...
