It's hard to tell because United have had a lot of injuries this season. Evra and Carrick are mainstays, while Rio and Vidic would almost definitely start every match when fit. Rafael is also looking unmovable at right back. That's the back four and a defensive mid right away. Van Persie nearly always starts too (for reasons I'm sure we can all understand).
He's the best striker in the league. Though of course you know that, so I'm a little miffed as to why you want me to elaborate.
He's the best striker in the league? Hmmm, are you telling me Arsenal let go of the best striker in the league? To Manunited of all teams?
Here's one for your stereo:
Why should I want RVP back when we have the incredible Giroud, his replacement? Giroud's got 2 goals for us since mid November, who the f--k needs RVP?
That's the spirit Here's hoping he's as effective tomorrow night as he was back in October when he got a goal and an assist at the Boleyn.
Well said He was really good in that game, a repeat tonight would be very welcome. Another cracker from Cazorla would be nice too.
Really good in that game, sadly went missing in many others, but hey, let's ignore that. The philosophy of the blinker brigade, lol.
I also think Jenkinson deserves his chance, but Wenger is not budging on the matter. Sagna is a quality player, but he is going through tough spell (his first at this club), and after breaking his leg twice last season, it's not surprising to seem him struggle like this.
Arsenal team: Szczesny, Sagna, Mertesacker, Vermaelen, Gibbs, Ramsey, Wilshere, Cazorla, Walcott, Podolski, Giroud. Arsenal subs: Mannone, Koscielny, Jenkinson, Santos, Frimpong, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Arshavin.
