    Oh good morning.

    Good day yesterday ? :)

What do you make of the comments about Conte being another park the bus Mourinho mould ? I'm surprised at how defensive he sets your lot up as you've made a name for yourself with attacking football in the last few seasons. Conte looks like a one trick pony, park the bus and try and hit teams on the break. And to be honest, you've only really been digging results out this season, a lot of those games could have gone either way.

I think teams have found you out tbh.

I think this is quite a reasonable tweet to be honest.

Kane has scored 5 goals at The Emirates and 4 of those have been penalties. His last open play goal against us at our place was in 2015.

I’m not saying penalties don’t count, because they do, but Kane has never struck fear in me the way Rooney and Drogba especially always used to.

He’s also put in a lot of no-shows at The Emirates, whereas Rooney and Drogba had very few anonymous game against us.

    Morning....
    Re enjoying yesterday...**** you bro

    As for Conte...
He is 10 months into the job ... he's got rid of players he needed to and brought in some good ones but has only had 2 windows.
We out played Southampton won comfortably at forest, Wolves gave us trouble in the first half but we deserved the win for a dominating second half.
West Ham was a deserved draw, Fulham were lucky to lose only 2-1... could/should have been 5 or 6...Leicester were battered in the 2nd half. We were massively lucky against Chelsea and got what we deserved yesterday.

We are good and resilient at home but not so much away imo.

Conte is too wedded to playing 2 in Central midfield...we are being over run at times and then need to change it.

Under JM and Nuno we were unwatchable boring. I have been to 3 games this season and have a ticket to the Leeds one ... I have enjoyed them all as the football is generally pretty good.

Last season loads of gooners wanted
Arteta out at the beginning and some at the end for throwing away the top 4 place but now think he's doing a great job.
If you'd lost yesterday some gooners would have started chatting ****e about him like some spurs fans are about conte.

    That's modern football for you!

Oh and...**** you but I'm over it :emoticon-0121-angry

What was PNP's excuse for you losing ?

    1. Was never a red card
    2. Partey should be in prison
    3. The ref was bent
    4. Injuries
    5. All of the above

One thing I wanted to add - this result (and performance) wasn’t important just because we beat Spurs. It was important because a lot of people had doubts over Arteta’s ability to get the better of Conte. And he did. Deservedly so as well.

People can say Spurs don’t usually turn up at our place anyway, and that is true, but this Spurs team had better players and a better manager than last year. We still had to turn up and rise to the occasion. Which we did.

As I mentioned to RCL. Conte strikes me as a bit of a one trick pony. He sets his teams up very defensively and tries to hit the oppo on the break using the pace of Son, who was pretty ineffective against us. We also were able to play around their two banks of defensive lines and open them up quite easily as they did not press us nearly enough.

Overall, we were much better than them in every department, and it was only due to a defensive error that we conceded a pen. But what I liked, is that we weathered the pressure they put on us after the goal and then went for the jugular in the 2nd half. With some better finishing, we could have put five past them on saturday.

Not sure about why we are being called defensive tbh.
    Our league results have been: 4-1, 2-2, 1-0, 1-1, 2-0, 2-1, 6-2 and 1-3.

That's 19 scored in 8 games...almost 2.5 goals per game....that is exactly the same number as you have scored.

We should have got a hat full against Fulham and have missed 1 penalty, hit the woodwork several times and have had at least 4 ruled out by VAR (one wrongly and 3 correctly).
Only City have scored more goals than us since January 1st 2022.

Our problem is that we allow opponents to over run us in midfield so we are often having to adjust when we play the better teams.

What I meant by defensive was that you're actually known as a bunch of ****s.
