I don't know what it is Emery says to these players at half-time, but boy, does it work! <laugh>

We were utterly dominant for 2/3rds of the match, would have been a travesty had we not won.

When Spurs brought it back to 2-1, I feared the worst. Because we've got previous history of capitulating.

But Emery made some very bold substitutions that improved us markedly.

Ramsey's been poor this season, but he made a huge impact coming on. Winning the ball high up the pitch, getting stuck into tackles, adding some real energy into the side.

Lacazette's tenacity and work-rate helped massively, he fully deserved that goal.

Aubameyang - what a finisher he is! Made Kane look like absolute pony.

I know Kane scored from a penalty that wasn't even a penalty, but he was anonymous throughout the entire game. Sokratis had him in his back pocket all game.

19 games unbeaten and a huge win against our fiercest rivals!

    Stunning stuff!

Last year, when we won 2-0, people complained that we won in controversial fashion because both goals were offside.

This time, we won because of our mentality. We won completely on merit. And no-one can take that away from us. The players were determined not to lose this, especially after Dier tried to give it large after equalising.

Ironic that Lacazette's goal deflected off Dier to give us the lead after being a complete prick in the first half <laugh>

Oh and this goes out to Alli and Son, who were both diving all over the pitch - **** you both. I'm so glad both of you cheating bastards were on the losing side.

Hate to say it, but at HT I did say I hope Unai brings on Laca sooner rather than later. Great HT substitutions, something Wenger never had the balls to do! :)

Lovely win, great camaraderie, I'm loving this new found mojo...all may it continue, thank you Mr Emery!

Very good win for Arsenal today.
I only popped in to talk about Torreira. What an excellent player. I would say he stood head and shoulders above the rest if he was not so short, haha. He is making a big difference to Arsenal.
Where is everyone on the match thread? It used to be so busy here.

Great result today. Only just back from work, so had to follow the game on my phone. Lovely to smash the spuds, especially when they were leading too. Can't wait for MOTD2 later <ok>

When we were 2-1 at half time I was fearing the worst. We had played well - yet were loosing. (something that happened often under Wenger)

But Emery has instilled real tenaciousness into this team and he makes all the right tactical adjustments. Was great to see the way we dominated the second half against a very good Spurs side.

Also If this is the style and intensity of football we can expect under Emery then there is alot to look forward to over the next few years.

Fantastic game. Apparently dele completed 6 passes 2nd half and 4 of those were kick-offs.

Both Alli and Kane were totally gash mate.

Serious question - apart from scoring the penalty, what did Kane contribute to the game?

Aubameyang completely showed him up today.

    Absolutely nothing. Him or Dele.

Dodgy pen and bit of a howler from Leno. We could have won 6 nil and it wouldn't have flattered us.

I've thought that for a while now but if you say anything you are accused of sour grapes. I think he is another who has been set up by the press for big fall. He is a good penalty taker though, I'll give him that. PEA is another class altogether at the moment.

Delli disappeared when we turned up the intensity.

Kane was totally isolated in the second half so not much to criticise there.

My favourite part was Guendouzi running 60 metres just to give Delli Alli a slap.

Also talking of Guendouzi - this kid shows soo much passion. I ****ing love him!<laugh>
